What if I told you that an eye pillow can help you cure a hangover? Yup, it’s true! Well, it won’t really cure your hangover but it’ll definitely make your day a lot less crappy. Eye pillows are essentially slightly heavier sleeping masks that place a little bit of pressure gingerly on the eyes and the sinus area.

Now, it has been known to both shamanic cultures and Western medicine that exertion of pressure on this area of the face can help to relieve symptoms of congestion, sinus pressure, headaches, migraines, etc. It’s also a well-known fact that manual stimulation of ailing parts of the body often brings significant temporary relief, so it’s really no wonder that the facial and sinus pressure and head aches resulting from having one too many is assuaged by some light weight resting on the eye area.
